Tippy Gard Guard Dog

Tippy was Becky and Harry Vulkowitz and families dog. They lived at 59th and Oak. After Becky died in 1965, Tippy was taken to a pound. Tippy ran away from the pound and made it back to the front porch about 15 miles away. At that point she was taken to Gard to be the guard dog. Once she was retired she went to live with Les and Linda Cohn.
